TransitCentral is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
